HbA1c measures average blood glucose levels over the past two to three months, offering a reliable picture of long-term sugar control rather than just a single reading. To use the test, patients begin with a simple finger-prick to provide a small blood sample.</p>

<p>That said, scaling such a system in the U.S. would require FDA approval, insurance integration, and careful oversight to ensure accuracy.
